The Role:
The role will be responsible for assisting with all elements of Sales Support within the London regional team. Manage all daily administration & sales requirements including direct 1-1 support for Sales Directors and Client Relationship Managers. In addition, manage sales & administration requests from relevant client base of high net worth clients. They will be working in a team environment that will ensure you meet both your individual and team objectives. This will be a 12 Month Fixed-Term contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the organisation of client meetings with Fund Managers and Investment Specialists / Seminars / Internal functions and producing all pre-meeting data for London accounts.
- Maintenance of CRM system (Salesforce)
- Assist with the organisation of the RSD and CRM's travel.
- Interaction with other departments within M&G including Marketing and Operations.
- Client contact and query handling as required.
- Complete monthly expenses for the RSD's.
- Ensure timely payment of invoices and management of Event contracts.
- Provide cover when other sales supports are on annual leave / out of the office
- Assist with client queries and service of all client requirements
Key Experience, Skills & Behaviours:

- Proven team player and willingness to support and take ownership of issues
- Works well under pressure
- Good numerical and communication skills at all levels
- Self-directed and self-motivated
- Previous Industry experience is an advantage
