About the Role

As a Paralegal in the Real Estate team, you will primarily assist the Plot Sales team, managing a variety of residential property sale transactions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling your own caseload of residential property sales.
  • Liaising with developers, buyers’ solicitors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Preparing and managing sale contract documentation.
  • Coordinating with lenders to release plots from security.
  • Conducting legal research and reporting progress to clients.
  • Managing all aspects of post-completion work.
  • Assisting the broader Real Estate department as needed.


About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong organizational and IT skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused mindset, contributing to team success.
  • Experience in residential or commercial property transactions (minimum 6+ months of experience)
