As an Accounts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the accounting operations for a portfolio of clients as well as reviewing and delegating work within the team. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations for a diverse client base.
- Prepare and review financial statements, management accounts, and tax returns.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for accounting and financial matters.
- Assist clients with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development.
- Collaborate with other departments within the practice to deliver comprehensive financial solutions to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in accounting regulations to ensure best practices are followed.
Qualifications:
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1 years’ experience in a managerial role.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
