Position Summary: The Lab Instruments & Consumables Product Marketing Manager will drive product marketing initiatives across lab instruments and consumables categories. This includes marketing strategies for products like centrifuges, incubators, pipettes, and lab plastics. Working closely with the GTM and eCommerce teams, this role will focus on positioning, messaging, and market research to support broader business objectives.

· Develop and implement product marketing strategies for laboratory instruments and consumables.

· Create compelling messaging, guide content development and marketing collateral to drive awareness and customer engagement.

· Collaborate with the sales team to produce training materials and sales enablement tools.

· Partner with GTM and eCommerce teams to support product launches, campaigns, and eCommerce optimization.

· Conduct market analysis, gather customer insights, and track competitor activity to refine marketing efforts.

· Track and analyze key performance metrics and report marketing outcomes to stakeholders.


Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or Science related field (Master’s preferred).

· 5+ years of experience in product marketing for lab instruments and consumables.

· Strong understanding of laboratory workflows, equipment, and consumables.

· Exceptional communication and project management skills.

· Proven ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams.


Language Ability:

Read, analyze and interpret business, professional, technical or governmental documents. Write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers and the public. Working knowledge of/Fluency in the English language (spoken and written).

Mathematical Ability:

Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Reasoning Ability:

Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

• Position is considered remote and will be performed work-from-home or in a self-provided space. Position can be shifted to onsite if requested and an existing Company site (Sheffield) is near enough for employee commute.

• Performs work in indoor conditions 100% of the time.

• Works alone 60% of the time.

• This position requires working with office and computer equipment.
