Financial Support Executive - Milton Keynes - £30k - £45k per annum plus excellent benefits

Our client is a well established and successful financial company based in Milton Keynes; due to their continued success they are expanding their team and recruitment for an experienced Financial Support Executive.

Main responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Provide administrative assistance to the clients Financial Advisers
  • Attending client meetings; taking relevant notes and fact finding when requires
  • Assisting with client queries in the expected time frame
  • Contacting providers regarding client information and completing letters of authority on client’s policies
  • Handling day to day administrative tasks such as managing client files and updating client records as appropriate.

All applicants should possess the following skills / experience:

  • Previous financial experience is essential
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Hours of work: Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm and Friday 8am - 2:30pm
