Juice are delighted to be supporting a growing consultancy in Central Bath in their search for a Finance and Office Co-ordinator.

In addition to having good accuracy and attention to detail, you’ll also need to be quietly confident in your professional approach. Good communication skills are also vital as you’ll liaise daily with stakeholders and senior staff across the business. Collaboration is key

You’ll be situated within a small Business Function team.

We’re seeking someone who can work within a role which has day to day guidelines and processes, but also allows for autonomy and progression.

You may not have performed all of the duties required as the role stands, but will have a winning and can do approach to learn new tasks.

DAY TO DAY:

Co-ordination of monthly billing cycles, raising invoices to clients, cross referencing timesheets / hours worked against schedules

Checking and amending statements of hours, querying missing hours / invoices with internal staff and requesting updates

Tracking cost of spend against budget and flagging any discrepancies

Collating monthly payroll, amending hours, paying bonus (twice per year) preparing information for external accountants

Recording expenses against budget, maintaining all expense documents and liaising with colleagues where needed to verify

Compiling basic reports for the Leadership team on a monthly basis

Administering changes to the benefits package, liaising with pension provider

Acting as a point of contact for IT support providers, ordering new kit, requesting accounts and password set ups, managing the inventory

Supporting with basic HR details, assisting with inductions, assisting with regular monthly team events,

Being a point of contact for general enquiries for 3rd parties
