Their award-winning technology is transforming how enterprises manage buildings, prevent costly damage, and cut carbon emissions.Earlier this year, I placed someone into this department to build it out - so you’ll be joining with a more senior teammate to look up to, learn from, and work alongside as the function grows.The roleYou’ll be joining a small but growing UK team to accelerate channel growth. This isn’t a passive account-management role – you’ll be out there creating opportunities, energising resellers and referral partners, and driving real revenue impact. Think direct sales DNA meets channel mindset.Build, grow, and run a UK channel ecosystem from day oneManage a mix of reseller and referral partners (IoT solution providers, FM companies, workplace tech resellers, etc.)Hunt new partners, onboard them, and get them sellingAct as both account manager and new-business driver – always finding ways to expand enterprise contractsReport into the commercial leadership team with clear progression as the UK channel scalesWhat we’re looking forA commercial operator with enterprise sales exposure who’s excited to step into channel (You have an idea how enterprise sales runs, you've spoken to C-suite stakeholders, etc)Confident running tech agreements, negotiations, and creative go-to-market playsDynamic, proactive, able to think on your feet and create urgencyBackground in SaaS/IoT/Smart Building/Facilities Tech is a big plusSomeone who thrives in growth mode – hunting new partners and driving expansion in accounts.... you want to be part of scaling a business...Why join?A mission-driven company making a tangible impact on sustainability and carbon reductionRecognised globally with multiple awards for innovation and growthA chance to shape and grow the UK channel business alongside exceptional leaders💧 AI + IoT | Smart Buildings | SustainabilityIf you're interested please hit apply (Please mind there will be commission included in total package)
