Call Handler & Administrator

  • Temporary role to start 28th May until 31st August 2024 ( with a view to be extended or possibly go permanent)
  • Poole location
  • Free parking
  • Pay rate £12.59 per hour
  • Full time role- 37 hours per week Monday to Friday
  • Normal office hours are between 8am to 5pm (flexibility on start and finish times)
  • Part-time hours also considered
  • The role after intensive training of around 12 weeks will have the opportunity to work hybrid on a ROTA basis

About the role-

  • Our clients are seeking candidates to join their friendly and supportive team in Poole.
  • Intensive training will be provided
  • Handling confidential and sensitive calls
  • Customer service focused
  • Logging sensitive information accurately
  • Sending and checking emails inbox
  • Arranging highly sensitive meetings
  • Attending meetings and taking minutes ( all meetings recorded)
  • Distribute minutes to team

Skills required-

  • Must be an excellent communicator both written and verbal
  • Resilient personality
  • Able to handle confidential and sensitive information with empathy
  • Must have great attention to details
  • MS office, to include Word, Excel, Outlook and TEAMS
