About you:
You will enjoy having conversations with people, listening and building relationships as its important that we really get to know our clients and understand their requirements.
You have awesome problem-solving skills all of our clients are totally unique, so we need to come up with tailor made solutions as we dont have a "one size fits all" approach
You may currently be working in a sales role and are now looking for a career. We dont require any previous experience as we offer on-site training, workshops, coaching and will support you through industry qualifications.
You will be ambitious. We promote within, everyone in a leadership position started out as an Insurance Advisor We give you all the tools, all we ask from you is the desire to succeed.
As a New Business Account Handler you will be:Providing high levels of sales and customer service
Calling potential client leads and handling inbound calls from customers to generate new business sales
Dealing with new business, issuance, adjustments and renewals of insurance policies.
Successful candidates will also be trained in elements of Underwriting, liaising with insurers, 3rd parties and MGAs
Helping customers find the most appropriate policy to match their needs and requirements.
Working towards individual and branch KPIs and sales targets
Any other duties required by the business.
Hours:
37.5 hours
Monday Friday 9am 5:30 pm
1 x Saturday morning per month 9am 12:30pm
