Description

  • Provide legal advice on property transactions.
  • Prepare and review contracts for property transactions.
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders.
  • Attend property closings and manage associated legal processes.
  • Perform due diligence checks on property and land sales.
  • Assist in resolving property-related disputes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property law.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies.

Profile

A successful Property Solicitor should have:

  • A Law degree and a completed Legal Practice Course.
  • Knowledge of property law and conveyancing processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in legal research and documentation.
