You will learn from your fellow Legends and our award-winninglearning academy to achieve the highest standards in craft service andleadership.Whatyoull doAs a Junior Sommelier youllenjoy your work and take pride in delighting our guests:Supportthe Sommelier Team: Help prepare serve and look after wine and drinks forguests keep wine stations tidy and handle bottles and glassware carefully.Deliver5-Star Guest Service: Work with the team to give guests a luxury experience; answeringquestions assisting with wine choices and making sure service is smooth andprofessional.The items shared are the essenceof a day in the life of a Junior Sommelier but well make sure you areprovided with specifics on how we care for our hotel.
