Paralegal/Support Lawyer – Banking Team


We are working with an international law firm seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal or Support Lawyer to join our dynamic Banking Team. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior legal professional to gain significant experience in banking and finance law while contributing to high-level transactions.


Role Responsibilities:


Review, draft, and negotiate pre-engagement legal documents such as Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).

Revise and update internal legal guidelines in accordance with the latest regulatory standards.

Liaise with clients, ensuring clear communication of legal requirements and updates.

Participate in and contribute to the firm's charity and pro bono initiatives.

Provide support in various banking and finance transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.


Qualifications:


Minimum of one year of transactional experience, preferably within banking or finance.

Open to overseas-qualified lawyers or experienced paralegals. Prior banking/finance experience is required.

Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Must be available to start immediately and able to commit for 12 to 18 months.
