Process Analyst - Energy Sector

As a Process Analyst, you'll analyse and refine processes, provide commercial insights, and work closely with internal stakeholders to identify and implement improvements. With a hybrid work environment, this is your opportunity to thrive in a dynamic sector.

What you'll do:

  • Create and maintain process documentation, process maps, and user guides.
  • Analyse data to identify performance areas and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess objectives, opportunities, and potential benefits.
  • Work on task scoping and project tracking related to software, industry, and internal changes.
  • Assist with compliance and audits through accurate documentation.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Process Analyst with skills in business analysis, process mapping, and root cause analysis.
  • Strong people skills to work across diverse teams and meet deadlines.
  • Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, and more.
