The UK business is already very successful and profitable and as you would expect has built a strong reputation for quality and service.The General Manager will lead the site and take full responsibility for its performance. The role reports straight into the owner of the company who has a clear open and honest style who believes in setting objectives and giving their managers the freedom to deliver results. This is a role for someone who can take the business forward drive change and move into a senior executive position in time.There are exciting challenges and opportunities ahead including: Leading the business through its next phase of growth. Driving performance and efficiency across all areas of the operation. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders in finance and leadership. Ensuring the business continues to deliver innovative high-quality food solutions.As this is a senior appointment and we expect strong interest here are the must-haves: Proven SME experience in food manufacturing. At least 10 years experience across all areas of food manufacturing. Strong commercial understanding including P&L management.
