SALES NEGOTIATOR / SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agency

Location: Hartley Wintney, RG27

Salary: OTE £55k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

An opportunity has arisen for a skilled, dynamic, ambitious and experienced Sales Negotiator or Senior Sale Negotiator who is looking to forge a career with an established independent Estate Agency with offices in Hartley Wintney and the surrounding areas.

The ideal candidate for this position will have proven industry success and some estate agency experience under their belt.

You will be self-motivated, have excellent relationship building skills and be able to secure new business opportunities without supervision. 

You will also need to be ambitions, sales driven and looking to progress your career and the type of individual who wants to be recognised for their hard work.

Familiarity with the local area would be helpful.

Skills: The skills required for this Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator role will include:

  • Experienced residential estate agent
  • Excellent sales ability
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Success in managing a team
  • Good telephone manner and positive attitude
  • Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
  • Knowledge of the Hartley Wintney area helpful
  • Full Driving License essential
  • Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
