We are searching for a Global HR Advisor to join the current HR team in supporting the facility, advising employees and managers on best practices and manging aspects of daily HR operations. You'll also work with the VP of Global HR to advise and collaborate on resource planning for local and global HR projects


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead site absence management by coaching and supporting managers effectively and monitoring absence trends and costs
  • Effective contribution to site and global HR projects
  • Maintain positive working relationships by communicating effectively and frequently
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding of all employees; monitor turnover KPI’s and trends within the market
  • Manage and maintain HR records and database
  • Manage and process monthly payroll
  • Monitor, review and update all HR policies and ensure these are in line with current legislation
  • Advise and coach managers on employee development and talent pipelines
  • Conduct employee relations investigations and disciplinaries; pro-active approach to conflict resolution
  • Delivery of internal training and coaching sessions


Experience:


  • Degree/equivalent HR qualification
  • At least 4 years of hands-on HR experience
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good understanding of UK Employment Law
