We have just been instructed on a superb career opportunity with a privately-owned estate agency based in Windsor. Covering Surrey, Berkshire and the surrounding areas they have very quickly established themselves as a market-leader and have ambitious expansion plans


To be considered you will have a minimum of 4 years' experience and any local knowledge would be highly beneficial. It is also important that you are not only very ambitious yourself, but that you have natural leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.


Is this you?


  • At least 4 years’ experience within residential sales with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
  • Natural leadership skills
  • Knowledge of the local area
  • Any cold start experience would be beneficial
  • Excellent face to face customer service skills
  • Ability to show resilience and to make the most of any opportunity
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good organisational and planning skills
  • Well presented
  • Full UK driving licence and own car.


This position will come with a basic of up to £30,000, plus on target earnings of £50,000 and £65,000 depending on previous experience and performance. There will be a guarantee in place for the first 6 months of your employment.
