Sales Support Executive | Up to £27000 | Bournemouth

Are you a supportive individual with excellent administration skills looking for the opportunity to take ownership and provide administrative support to the wider team? Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service with acute attention to detail?

Rubicon’s client are a global company that accelerates growth for brands by conducting meticulous market research and providing products to brands worldwide. There looking for a new Sales Support Executive to join the sales team to introduce customers to products from client portfolios.

The successful Internal Account Manager will also benefit from:

As Sales Support Executive, you will:

  • Provide administrative support for the sales team, customers and clients
  • Process orders onto the in-house CRM system
  • Investigate orders, incorrect pricing, delivery issues and discrepancies
  • Respond to customers re orders, product quires and complaints and resolve issues
  • Accurately execute administrative tasks and identify timesaving techniques the company could adopt
  • Continually research and maintain knowledge of the market and industry

To be the successful Sales Support Executive, you’ll have

  • At least 2 years’ experience within a fast-paced customer service environment
  • Previous experience within the FMCG industry (desirable)
  • Excellent accuracy skills
  • A positive and friendly attitude with a willingness to offer a high level of customer service
  • Quality IT Skills, having used CRMs to generate reports and analyse sales results
  • A passion for cooperating with colleagues and a willingness to succeed
