We are looking for skilled compliance specialists to join our Risk and Compliance team, focusing on helping financial services clients implement the EU's Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA).


Key Responsibilities:


Implement effective ICT risk management frameworks aligned with DORA requirements

Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' current maturity levels across the five DORA pillars

Lead and execute digital operational resilience testing programs, including threat-led penetration testing

Help client implement incident reporting mechanisms and procedures to meet DORA's stringent timelines

Assist in creating and enhancing third-party risk management processes

Develop and deliver training programs on DORA compliance for client organizations

Stay updated on evolving regulatory technical standards and industry best practices

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure holistic DORA implementation

Produce detailed reports and presentations for clients and regulatory authorities

 


Qualifications:


Risk and regulation experience in financial services firms

2 to 5+ years of experience in IT risk management, cybersecurity, or regulatory compliance in the financial sector

Good understanding of financial services operations and technology landscapes

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and presentation abilities

Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field preferred

 


Desired Skills:


Experience with other regulatory frameworks (NIS2, EMIR, MiFiR, CSDR, Benchmark Regulation)

Project management experience

Knowledge of cloud computing and emerging technologies in finance

 


This role requires a blend of technical expertise, regulatory knowledge, and consulting skills to guide financial services clients through the complex landscape of DORA compliance.
