Location: Risley, WarringtonHybrid working (3 office days per week)Working for one NUVIA’s busiest business units, PE&D (Projects, Engineering & Decommissioning), you will be contributing to NUVIA’s ambitious growth plans across our Defence suite. The Recruitment Consultant will be fully dedicated to internal and external stakeholders’ needs and duties. Working alongside both the wider recruitment team and the PE&D management team.Working for a fast-paced, reactive, multi-million-pound business unit, this role is the perfect opportunity for a driven individual. NUVIA UK is committed towards equality in employment.Reports toRecruitment Business PartnerKey Accountabilities Source and build talent pipelines, proactive searches for future requirements and identifying skill gaps.Conducting initial pre-registration phone calls & maintaining regular communication with candidates.Build strong relationships, working alongside internal and external stakeholders.Assist the wider HR team in the delivery of an excellent on-boarding experience for new starters.Support candidates through the security clearance process, both internally and externally.Leading and arranging interviews, SQEP calls and assisting with workforce planning.Assisting with the account management of a multi-million-pound framework, attending qualifying calls with Hiring Managers and Technical Leads.Advertising and managing vacancies.Helping to create recruitment campaigns internally and externally.Contribute to reports internally and externally.Cover workload in absence of Recruitment Business Partner.Occasional visits to other NUVIA offices or client sites.Occupational Skills and KnowledgeA proven background in Recruitment within a highly regulated market.Experience recruiting for nuclear or defence would be beneficial but not essential.Eligible to obtain security clearance and work on UK eyes only projects.Ability to manage and source a high volume of roles, with fantastic candidate management skills.Able to build and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders.Strong organisational and administrative skills.Strong IT skills, including Office 365 (Excel, MS Teams, Outlook).Excellent attention to detail.Well organised, independent worker with a strong ability to prioritise.Exceptional understanding of deadlines and turnaround times in a fast paced environment.Employee Staff Benefits8.5% Pension Contribution & Life AssurancePrivate Medical Scheme*Employee Share SchemeSalary Sacrifice Schemes: Electrical Vehicles, Technology and Cycle to Work18 Weeks Full Maternity Pay* (+21w SMP)25 days holiday (increasing to 28 days after 5 years’ service, 31 days after 10 years’ service)Option to buy, sell and carry over up to 5 days annual leave per yearIn partnership with trade unionsPersonal Development & Further Education SupportLong Service & Recognition AwardsFree Employee Assistance Programme*After 1 year of service.
