**What will you be doing as Recruitment Consultant**:

- Reaching out to new and existing clients to ascertain their hiring needs

- Basic salary of £25, 000 - £30, 000
- 1st Year OTE £40k-£50k; 2nd Year OTE £50k-£60+; 3rd Year £60k-£100k
- 30 days holiday plus bank holidays

- Quarterly incentives: 2 UK and 2 European trips

Next Steps & Process
- We have a 3-step interview process:

- stage is an initial telephone interview with the Talent Acquisition Manager 20-30mins
- stage is a 50mins video interview the Head of People
- stage is a face-to-face interview with the hiring manager and a Director/Associate Director lasting an hour

We expect the timescale for this 3-stage interview process to take approximately 5-7 working days
