As Production Supervisor for this Global Omni-Channel solutions business, you will supervise and coordinate the activities of employees engaged in high quality manual hand fulfilment services.The Fulfilment team carry out a variety of print finishing and packing related tasks, often high volume and time intense.Main Responsibilities: * To read and understand job bag/works orders in order to produce the required quality of work. * Manage and instruct employees which components are needed to fulfil works orders. * Assign employees to work on specific products to maximize efficiency to the highest standards. * Determine most efficient way to carry out the work, formulate plans to maximize storage and communicate plans to employees. * Comply with Health & Safety practices at all times. * Responsible for ensuring Company and Agency employees are trained and understand all work and policies.Experience: * 3-5 years previous supervisory experience in a production and/or warehouse environment. * Forklift license (useful but not essential). * Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. * Working knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) required.Please note that due to the high volume of responses we receive, only successful applicants will be contacted.Devonshire is an equal opportunity employer and encourages applications from people of all backgrounds.
