Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of production staff and ensure that production plans are met
- Implement and maintain high standards of health and safety and hygiene
- Manage raw material inventory and ensure efficient use of resources
- Monitor and control costs, and record and analyze production data
- Oversee the management of packaging stock and consumption
- Escalate maintenance and repairs of production equipment and site facilities
- Manage staff development, recruitment, and retention, including performance management and appraisals
- Ensure compliance with technical and legislative requirements
