Role Overview The Quantity Surveyor will manage all commercial and financial aspects of highway maintenance and civil engineering projects across the North West. The position demands control of cost, risk, and contract administration to ensure delivery within budget and in compliance with NEC frameworks. Key Responsibilities Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and commercial forecasts Conduct monthly CVR reconciliations of cost and value Prepare and submit accurate applications for payment and final accounts Price and submit quotations for maintenance works and compensation events Administer subcontract procurement, valuations, and payments Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and contractual risks Advise on claims, cost overruns, and variations in project scope Ensure scheme costs are accurately recorded in internal cost systems Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal delivery teams Attend internal and external progress...
