  • Working alongside remote accounts staff as appropriate but ideal to
  • have legal cashier experience.
  • Overseeing daily operations of the practice
  • Holiday cover for accountant.
  • Compliance; CQS reaccreditation annually, PI renewal annually.
  • Liaising with IT support.
  • Approving staff holidays and maintaining holiday chart, working out
  • staff holiday entitlement.
  • Recruiting, training and supervising administrative staff Placing job
  • adverts on website and Indeed
  • Dealing with new contracts for equipment e.g. copiers/telephones
  • Dealing with premises/maintenance etc.
  • Organising coffee/tea/toilet roll supplies
  • Dealing with staff issues/appraisals.
  • Fire Alarm Testing
  • Mortgage panel maintenance.
  • Enforcing health and safety regulations
