B2B Digital Content Creator

Are you a creative but strategically driven marketer with a passion for driving results through compelling digital content? Join the VSNi marketing team as a B2B Digital Content Creator and play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing success.


VSNi has a vision "to see the challenges of global food production eradicated through the effective application of data, analytics and technology." We're a global company with offices in Hemel Hempstead (UK) and China, as well as colleagues in New Zealand, Australia, and Canada, working together to produce aspirational data and analytical solutions in agricultural science.


In this exciting role, you'll collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing to execute engaging campaigns across various digital channels. From crafting captivating social media posts to optimising email campaigns and website content, you'll leverage your expertise to increase brand awareness, engagement and website traffic.


Key Responsibilities:


·       Develop and execute compelling content for social media, nurturing our followers and driving engagement


·       Craft creative copy for marketing communications, maintaining a consistent brand voice such as infographics, videos, case studies


·       Plan, create, and execute automated email campaigns to nurture leads and existing customers


·       Oversee marketing operations, ensuring seamless execution of product launches, automation, and CRM activities


·       Analyse marketing data and metrics to evaluate campaign performance and identify areas for improvement


·       Contribute innovative ideas and collaborate with teams to drive creative excellence


·       Create and edit website content pages, manage blog posts, optimise website elements for search engines (SEO), and ensure a smooth user experience (UX)


·       Collaborate with in-house blog authors to produce creative and engaging blog content.


·       Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices


Required Skills and Experience:


·       Proven experience (3+ years) in B2B digital marketing or a strong passion for a career in this field


·     Self-starter, capable of managing their own workload and operating independently


·     Problem solver, eager to take on challenges and develop effective solutions


·     Driven by personal growth and development by exploring new opportunities and stepping outside their comfort zone

·     Works efficiently, prioritises deadlines, and consistently meets them


·     A real team player, ready to support colleagues and contribute to the companies success


·       Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing disciplines, including content, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising


·       Highly creative with a genuine enthusiasm for crafting compelling copy that engages audiences


·       Strong technical proficiency with MS Office, CRM databases, email marketing platforms, CMS, Google Ads, and Google Analytics


·       Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset


·       Outstanding organisational abilities, meticulous attention to detail and time management skills


What We Offer:


·       Competitive salary of £27-35K per annum, depending on experience 

·       28 days of holiday plus national bank holidays 

·       Company annual bonus, when declared by the Board (non-contractual)

·       Option to participate in company share scheme (non-contractual)

·       Option to participate in company medical insurance scheme (non-contractual)

·       Remote working allowed, but regular attendance at our Hemel Hempstead office is required 

·       We offer a flexible working policy and may consider part-time requests for the right person
