Responsibilities:- Lead, motivate, and line-manage a small team on site and in the depot to ensure timely completion of work.
- Liaise with customers, subcontractors, and third-party stakeholders, both onsite and digitally.
- Deliver and support training initiatives for your team and others as needed.
- Ensure your teams work is completed safely, to a high standard, within specifications, and on schedule.
- Manage and ensure attendance at site, maintaining organised and accurate stock for installations.
- Support service and contract requirements with out-of-hours availability.
- Promote health and safety practices within the team and provide reports as necessary.
- Monitor job costs, providing detailed breakdowns as required to meet budget targets.
- Electrical qualification and/or relevant experience with a strong background in on-site work.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with a passion for motivating and training others.
