About the role

This role spans across both Powersports and Bicycle categories and will be a key role to drive our Trade marketing function. The candidate will be responsible for owning, planning and executing a trade marketing plan to deliver to our 100+ distributors across the globe. This spans digital & instore communications also working alongside our B2C marketing teams and commercial account manager to deliver best is category support.


Key Responsibilities:


Work closely with the Trade Marketing & Partnerships Director to build & execute the global trade marketing plans & managing our Trade Marketing Executives.


Manage & deliver the following key areas:

  1. Annual calendar of Trade activities
  2. New product trade launches
  3. Key product focus communication plans
  4. POS & display support for our global retailer network
  5. Trade communications
  6. Trade Press relationship management
  7. Strategic customer relationship support
  8. Trade events planning alongside our Events manager
  9. Workshop and strategic retail programmes
  10. Manage all Trade briefs into the content creation teams

Must-haves

  • Industry knowledge and experience (in particular Bicycle category)
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Microsoft Office
  • Strong organisational skills & planning management
  • Good attention to detail
  • Adaptability and multi-tasker
  • Good communications skills to a global customer base
