Are you a confident HR Administrator with Strong Payroll experience looking for your next role?

Handle are working with a leading publisher to bring a HR & Payroll Coordinator to their team on a full-time basis.

You'll be joining a collaborative team of 3, including a payroll officer for additional support. Key duties will focus on the full employee life-cycle from acting as the first point of contact for HR queries, supporting with recruitment, handling payroll and supporting on a variety of project work. This is role is focused on the more operational side of HR - it would be an ideal fit for someone who enjoys the data, payroll, and systems side. But there is still scope to help out with ER, L&D etc.

The ideal candidate will have HR admin experience in an SME business with a passion for the creative industries. Experience collating payroll is essential, and you must be confident using Excel and working with data. You will be detail orientated and thorough in your approach, taking satisfaction in constantly improving systems and processes.

Although they do offer a hybrid working pattern, with the nature of the business, you'll be someone who loves working in person and sees the value of office days. They are soon moving to fabulous offices in Kings Cross
