This exciting role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of digital marketing channels, including display and programmatic advertising.**Package:*** Salary: Up to £38,900* Benefits: 27 days paid holiday + bank holidays, hybrid working arrangement (2 days in office, 3 days at home)* Flexible working hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 4:30pm (37.5 hours per week)**Key Responsibilities:*** Collaborate with senior management and colleagues to develop and execute high-quality digital campaigns that engage stakeholders and drive business results* Plan and execute digital marketing plans to recruit and retain supporters* Work with the team to develop comprehensive digital strategies and ensure accessibility of our events website* Optimize campaigns across primary platforms, including social media, SEM, SEO, and display advertising* Analyze data insights to identify levers impacting campaign performance and make data-driven decisions* Document and present results to internal stakeholders* Forecast and report on ROI and demonstrate impact on business outcomes* Train new starters and ensure compliance with legal requirements (e.g. copyright and data protection)* Attend events**Requirements
