A role has opened up for an Office Assistant in the Property sector. This role will offer a versatile set of tasks, primarily supporting the Secretarial & Business Support team in our Manchester location.

Description

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support team.
  • Maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
  • Assisting with project work, such as research and presentation preparation.
  • Handling communication with clients and managing the diary.
  • Organising meetings and ensuring the smooth running of the office.
  • Preparing reports and presentations as required.
  • Handling confidential information in a professional manner.
  • Assisting in ad hoc tasks as required by the team.

Profile

A successful Office Manager should have:

  • Experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Front desk experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
