Description
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract talent across various departments, including clinical, operational, technical, and support roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, providing guidance on role requirements and developing recruitment plans.
- Use a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and talent pools, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Ensure a positive experience for all candidates by managing the recruitment process effectively, from initial contact through to on-boarding.
- Work with the marketing team to enhance the employer brand.
- Monitor key recruitment metrics, such as time to hire and quality of hire, to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make improvements.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws and regulations.
- Promote diversity and inclusion in all recruitment processes, ensuring a broad and diverse candidate pool.
- Continuously seek ways to enhance recruitment processes and tools to improve efficiency and candidate quality.
Profile
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment
