Safe patient care is always our goal and we leverage innovation and technology in order to achieve world class outcomes in our state of the art 29 bed ICU department.What will your duties includeExpand skills and knowledge in critical care practice in order to provide direct nursing care to patients requiring level 2 and 3 care in accordance with established policies procedures and protocols.Monitors records and communicates patient condition as appropriate.Prioritizes nursing care recognises deterioration in a patients condition and escalates to the site team/clinician immediately.Evaluates updates and revises plan of care to facilitate achievement of planned and expected outcomes.Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.What we need from you:NMC registered adult NurseMust be willing to undertake relevant post-registration coursesSuitable hospital-based nursing experienceSupports the Intensive Care Unit manager in contributing to CCLs nursing and strategic goalsWhat We Offer:As a private hospital with no shareholders we reinvest all profits back into our organisation.
