About The Role

We’re looking for passionate people to join our Butlin’s Team in our traditional fairground.
Our fairground teams create unforgettable experiences for our guests and we are currently looking for amazing team members to join us in our fairground team. No experience is necessary and we will give you all the training you need. 
Working alongside a fantastic team, we will support you every step of the way to ensure you gain the skills and confidence to truly get stuck in.

Looking for progression? We have bags of opportunities to develop within our leisure teams and across the wider Butlin’s business.

This is a fixed term role for  a start date of 17th December 2024 until 2nd January 2025. 

About You
You don’t need any experience to work as part of our team. If you have a warm, friendly manner and love to chat to people, we can teach you the ins and outs of working as part of our fairground team. If you do have any previous experience, we would also love to hear from you.

Being a great team player is essential and you should also enjoy the buzz of a busy environment. No day will ever be the same, so you should be happy to try new things and chat to lots of different people.

We have both an indoor and outdoor fairground, you will need to be over 18 to work in this role due to our health and safety regulations. Typical working hours cover a minimum of 24 hours and you will need to be available on Mondays and/or Fridays. 

Our resorts are open in the week and during the weekend so you will need some flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Do let us know your availability at the application stage and we can have a chat with you about this in more detail.
