Senior Quantity Surveyor – Melton Mowbray – Salary up to £70k + car/allowanceWe have a great opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an established, financially stable civil engineering contractor to work on their biggest contract to date, a £10m highways project in Melton Mowbray.Our client is an award-winning civil engineering company operating in the Midlands and East of England building and improving Bridges, Highways, Public Realm and Infrastructure for Public Sector, Tier 1 Contractors and Consultancy clients.As they operate as both a Tier 1 and Tier 2 business, on future projects you will enjoy a great scope of experience. They are committed to supporting their employees individual development and provide a clear path for progression, tailored to you and will provide you with opportunities to grow and excel.This role would suit an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor with solid quantity surveying experience within the field of civil engineering, who is looking to further their career within an established and successful company, and keen to take the reins on a £multimillion project.An understanding of NEC, ICE and JCT contract conditions is required along with an understanding of MOM and CESMM measurement methods. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are also a must for this role.In return, they offer a salary of up to £70k + car/allowance, attractive benefits and a friendly, supportive working environment.
