Quantity Surveyor - An established contractor is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding commercial team responsible for delivering construction projects in the public sector within the East Midlands.
This presents a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to be involved in prestigious design and construction projects within various sectors such as education, commercial, mixed-use, retail, and leisure, with project values ranging from £5m to £50m.
The initial project entails a significant development for a prominent public sector client, including the construction of a new office block and sports center, as well as the renovation and repurposing of multiple related buildings (worth £60m).
