Chef de Partie West Sussex 2AA Rosettes Live In

A talented Chef de Partie is required for this beautiful country house hotel in West Sussex located right by the sea and home to a 2AA Rosette award winning restaurant.

The restaurant oozes sophistication with its modern and luxurious design. For this role it is essential that you have experience of working within a high level kitchen.

The menu is classical British with a modern twist and this is changed seasonally with all produce being sourced from the best of local suppliers.

As Chef de Partie you will:

  • Be responsible for working on all sections of the kitchen as required
