As a compliance advisor, your responsibilities include performing compliance monitoring activities according to a defined compliance monitoring program based on mandatory monitoring activities, internal audit recommendations and aligning with the compliance risk assessment.Managed by the BAML H&S Director you will predominantly work with the onsite Development Management Teams. Supported by the H&S Manager, you shall provide a service that includes. * Six-monthly communal fire door inspections, * Annual apartment door inspections, * Health and safety risk assessment reviews * Fire Alarm Validation AuditsPrevious work experience is not necessary but may be advantageous, as you will be enrolled on to a comprehensive 5-year career development path ultimately leading to IOSH Chartered status.Full internal and certified external training shall be provided from day one.In role we are looking for the succesful candidate to have: * A relevant postgraduate qualification can be advantageous * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Excellent research abilities and a willingness to grow. * A positive attitude and a growth mindset. * Gaining a professional qualification with IOSH or a similar professional body * Strong communication and people management skillsBallymore operates as an equal opportunities employer
