Youll drive delivery across complex initiatives helping us create Better Homes Better Lives For Everyone.Whats the jobLead high-impact programmes across technology and business teams ensuring delivery excellence.Apply agile and hybrid delivery models to drive value and pace.Champion best practices in governance planning and continuous improvement.Build strong stakeholder relationships across all levels from product teams to C-suite.Foster a culture of collaboration inclusion and curiosity.Support and coach teams to create a high-performance environment.Manage programme budgets and forecasts with accuracy and accountability.What youll bringProven experience leading complex multi-stream programmes using agile and methodologies including planning dependencies tracking risks & issue management budget management and progress reporting.
