Our client, a leading organisation in the shipping and maritime industry, is seeking a dedicated Administrator to join their team immediately
What will you be doing?
- Assisting the Assistant Manager with administration
- Verifying invoices, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Monitoring expenses and updating claim costs
- Supporting the preparation of monthly accruals and operating expense reports
- Assisting in the development of budgets
- Checking invoices to ensure correct charges and coordinating with Finance Division for any necessary adjustments
- Performing other finance and administration duties as directed by the Team
What are we looking for?
- Previous administration experience
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Eager to learn new skills and develop professionally
- Excel skills and a good understanding of IT systems
- Experience in accounting is preferred but not essential
