This is a temporary to permanent position, offering a competitive hourly rate of £11.90 to £12.82, with the possibility of an annual salary of £26,000 to £28,000

As an Internal Sales Representative, you will have the chance to showcase your sales skills and contribute to the overall success of the organisation. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Selling products and services over the phone or via email.
  • Understanding the customers' needs and identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Assisting the Sales team in closing deals.
  • Representing the company by communicating with customers, both over the phone and in person, to fulfil their orders.
  • Developing relationships with new and existing customers to ensure profitability.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the construction or a similar industry.
  • The ability to meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to plan and execute effectively.
