We are currently seeking numerous Residential Support Workers, on behalf of one of our clients we work with in the Leeds Area, to join one of their Children's Residential Home's on a temporary basis. In this role, you will join a committed team of residential staff, providing high-quality care and support tailored to the individual needs of children and young people within the home. You will help maintain a positive, nurturing environment and provide additional capacity to support the rota as required. All staff play a key role in supporting the home's overarching aim: to encourage and enable children and young people to grow behaviourally, educationally, and emotionally, helping them build the skills and confidence needed to make positive contributions to their families, local communities, and wider society.Key Responsibilities: Support children and young people in residential care to feel safe, valued, and able to reach their full potential.Nurture individual strengths, talents, and interests through positive relationships and shared daily routines.Promote emotional, physical, and educational wellbeing, encouraging self-esteem and healthy friendships.Create and maintain a safe, loving, and stimulating home environment.Engage children in activities, celebrations, outings, and holidays that support learning and development.
