EYFS Practitioner/s Level 3

**Hours**: Monday to Friday 7.30am to 6.00pm. We are very willing to consider a job share for this role.

**Salary**:To be agreed, dependent on experience

This is a permanent role, **term time only + four training/INSET days**

**Main Responsibilities**
- To demonstrate a good understanding of the Early Years curriculum and the

Characteristics of Effective Learning
- To organise suitable, engaging activities, considering children’s interests and development.
- To take care of resources, ensuring they are fit for purpose.
- To do visual checks daily, ensuring safety and suitability of equipment and resources.
- To work as part of a team, developing positive professional relationships with colleagues
- To liaise with parents as required
- To report any Health and Safety issues to the Head of Early Years
- To adhere to policies and procedures implemented by the school
- To be aware of safeguarding procedures and implement these
- To take part in training to support professional development
- To attend staff meetings and parent’s evenings, as required
- To work with small groups of children, as directed
