This is a new role created to strengthen Secure Innovation's UK Service team as customer demand continues to grow. Secure Innovationdesign and manufacture intelligent protection products and custom control solutions that safeguard cash and critical assets around the world. Their technology helps reduce risk, deter crime and protect people, with customers across the cash-in-transit, banking and retail sectors. As Service Coordinator, you'll sit at the heart of the UK Service operation in Bourne, providing administrative and operational support to keep service delivery running smoothly. You'll work closely with Operations, Customer Support and Field Technicians – allocating work, managing workloads and keeping customers updated. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the “go-to” person, thrives on organising information and people, and takes pride in getting things right first time. What you'll be doing In this role, you will: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Operations and customer-facing teams. Allocate work to Technicians and help manage UK customer workloads and priorities. Maintain accurate records, documentation and filing systems, ensuring information is up to date. Log, prioritise and monitor service desk tickets in line with SLAs, escalating issues where appropriate and keeping customers informed. Act as a first point of contact for customer queries, providing professional and timely responses. Collate and prepare regular reports on performance, service levels and operational metrics, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Support the monthly billing process by checking data, maintaining billing schedules and helping reconcile customer accounts, liaising with Finance to resolve queries. Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support ad hoc projects within the Service team. What you'll bring You don't need to have worked in security technology before, but you will need to be: Experienced in an administrative, coordination, scheduling or customer service role (for example, service coordinator, planner, service desk administrator or similar) or with an innate high attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and changing priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Confident using IT systems and databases to input, update and report on data. Clear and professional in both spoken and written communication, with confidence talking to customers and colleagues. Proactive, organised and happy to take ownership of tasks through to completion. A team player who enjoys supporting others and contributing ideas for improving processes. What you'll get in return Alongside a competitive salary of £27,000 per annum, Secure Innovation offer a supportive environment where people are encouraged to grow and develop.
