Customer Service Advisor - Bourne

We're looking for a friendly, professional, and highly organised Customer Service Advisor to be the welcoming face (and voice) of our busy automotive repair centre in Bourne. In this key role, you'll ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional experience from first contact through to vehicle collection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers warmly, both in person and over the phone
  • Manage repair bookings, vehicle handovers, and progress updates
  • Liaise with technicians, insurers, and suppliers to ensure smooth communication
  • Handle queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate records with exceptional attention to detail
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role (automotive experience beneficial but not essential)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • A full UK driving licence is essential
