Our Project Managers manage the full project lifecycle - from design and procurement to construction commissioning and handover - ensuring alignment with business goals budgets and safety standards.This is a great opportunity for a Project Manager to join a forward-thinking organisation delivering major CAPEX and OPEX infrastructure projects with a strong focus on sustainability safety and innovation.About YouYoull be a confident and proactive Project Manager with experience in the construction and/or engineering industry and NEC 3/4 contract experience. Youll work well under pressure communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across teams.Youll be a hands-on Project Manager detail focussed and know how to bring people together. Youll also know how to plan resources manage time identify issues before they become problems be commercially aware safety-focused and driven to deliver high-quality outcomes.What Youll be DoingDeliver complex construction and utilities projects from start to finish.Manage project scope timelines budgets and resources.Ensure health safety and environmental compliance throughout.Act as the key link between Operations and delivery teams.Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparencyAdminister NEC3/4 contracts and ensure commercial performance.Support commissioning and ensure assets are operational and compliant.Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting on project progress risk and financial performancePromote safety leadership and continuous improvement.Key Requirements and ExperienceMinimum HNC (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering or project management discipline with significant relevant experienceProven project management experienceStrong engineering and asset management backgroundStrong experience and knowledge of CDM RegulationsExperience with NEC3/4 contracts and commercial managementKnowledge of health safety and environmental standardsRelevant professional certification in project management i.e. APM PRINCE2 PMPExperience managing infrastructure projects - desirableIOSH Managing Safely qualification - desirableFull UK car driving licence#garyeciRequired Experience:IC Key Skills Project Management Methodology,Project / Program Management,Construction Estimating,Construction Experience,PMBOK,Visio,Construction Management,Project Management,Project Management Software,Microsoft Project,Project Management Lifecycle,Contracts Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
