This role is a full time position, but may be available part time for the right candidate. What you can expect in this role: End-to-end production coordination, including ensuring staff levels, logistics, stock and materials are in place on a timely basis so that orders can be fulfilled as efficiently as possible.Implementation of Quality Assurance processesCreation and maintenance of spec sheets.Fulfilling customer sample requests for existing or potential customers.Maintaining HACCP plans.What we need from you:Experience in the food industry, eg with SALSA or BRC and with best practice and record keeping.Excellent communication skills and some customer service experienceCandidates should have experience in maintaining HACCP plans.Interest in sustainability programmes such as Fairtrade and Rainforest Alliance - with a view to developing processes and maintaining compliance.It is key that the person taking on this role is able to engage with and motivate our excellent factory team.The right candidate will also be able to engage with our international customer and supplier base, recognising that most customers and suppliers know of each other.This is a technical role and so competency with process, a structured approach and attention to detail will be fundamental.What we can offer you:A Salary of up to £28,000, based on 37.5 hours a week25 days holiday + bank holidays.A company that is dedicated to training and up-skilling their staff.Room for progression in a growing company.Free Parking on siteIf this role does look like something you would be interested in, please do feel free to simply click "apply" or give me a call on (phone number removed) to discuss further
