Due to expansion our client is now looking to recruit a full time Sales Account Manager to work Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00. This role is office based with occasional travel to customer sites.
This role requires a print background
The role:
- Manage a portfolio of accounts building & maintaining relationships.
- Generate new sales with existing and new customers
- Resolve any queries and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
- Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase.
- Report on the status of accounts and transactions.
- Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor sales metrics quarterly, sales results and annual forecasts
- Develop ideas to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
The candidate
- Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager within print
- Deliver excellent customer experience.
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office MS Excel in particular.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
