Recruitment is fast-paced, target-driven, and highly rewarding in terms of career progression and job satisfaction. Duties will be varied but will include new business development, account management, candidate resourcing, interviewing, and administration.

Main tasks will include:
- Business development activities include market research, client visits, digital marketing, and telephone sales.
- Using a range of job boards, sourcing passive and active job seekers with the relevant skills for our clients
- Interviewing potential candidates over the telephone and face-to-face
- Proactively keeping in touch with candidates
- Ongoing account management of clients and building strategic partnerships
- Maintaining accurate information on our client/candidate CRM
- Contribute, update, and communicate with candidates via our social media, website, and Google feeds.
What’s on offer:
- The company directors Matthew and Zoe have over 25 years of recruitment experience each, they will use that knowledge and experience to coach, train and develop you to your full potential.
- A great starting salary, regular salary reviews with enhanced pension and 33 days holiday (inc Bank holidays) increasing each year by a day a year to a maximum of 38 days
- Commission for new business and bonus structure for placements made, allowing you to increase your salary significantly. Your first year on target earnings will increase your salary by at least £10,000 per annum, but with uncapped commission, your earnings could be significantly higher.
- Team collaboration days where the Brellis group get together and work in the same office.

- Due to the nature of the role, a driving license and own transport are essential.
