Your practical understanding of day-to-day operational management will enable you to turn plans into reality. You’ll enjoy a demanding and varied workload where no two days are the same, and thrive on the difference and impact you can make by providing practical and prioritised advice and guidance to colleagues.

Regular travel to our Head Office in Swindon and London offices will be required, as well as to sites across England, Wales and NI. There will be an opportunity to explore and agree hybrid working arrangements which strike the right balance for you and the Trust. The role will involve travel to our head office to meet with stakeholders and to carry out work.
